Editions, pre-orders, and the Zelda Switch 2
There are two game prices in the US reports: $59.99 digital and $69.99 physical. A Zelda-themed Nintendo Switch 2 console was announced on 29 October 2026 at $519.99 and does not include the game.
Game editions
The Switch 2 release page holds the date and the download size. This page is only about what you are buying. Digital and physical are the same game in the reports I read. The physical box is described as a download code in a box, which is a retail SKU, not a promo code you redeem for extras.
A limited physical cover was mentioned alongside the $59.99 digital price by LevelUp. I do not have a full bonus-item list from Nintendo for that cover, so the bonus cell stays empty rather than guessed. European pricing is on the Vandal report only: €59.99 digital and €69.99 physical.

The Zelda console is real
Game8 and Nintendo’s 40th-anniversary news both treat the Zelda-themed Switch 2 as a product you can order, announced 29 October 2026, at $519.99. Earlier notes on this site called it a rumor. I dropped that word after the announcement. The console price does not bundle Ocarina of Time.
Young Link and Young Zelda amiibo are dated 2027 on the store page. Any Zelda-series amiibo gives an in-game item; those two 2027 figures are described as giving retro-style masks. I do not have a mask checklist beyond that sentence.
Pre-order windows closed or shifted by retailer, and I do not have a single Nintendo pre-order deadline to print. Check the Nintendo Store for the live button. Changes between versions are on remake differences.
Questions
Does the Zelda Switch 2 include Ocarina of Time?
No. The $519.99 console announcement does not bundle the game.
Is there a promo code list?
No. This is a paid game. A code in a physical box is the download for that purchase, not a public promo.
