Reading the order

Child stops are the Deku Tree, Dodongo’s Cavern, and Jabu-Jabu, plus the Bottom of the Well and the Ice Cavern when you want them. Adult stops are Forest, Fire, Water, Shadow, Spirit, then Ganon’s Castle. The walkthrough says the same thing in sentences. This table is the item and the boss.

Forest Temple is the one the remake change list says was altered inside. I do not have room notes for the Water Temple, which is why it is not a detail page yet. Master Quest layouts are a 3DS unlock and are absent on Switch 2. Boss weaknesses live on the boss table.

The story order above. I am not publishing a personal difficulty ranking.

Is the Water Temple different on Switch 2?

I have no sourced room change for it. Zora’s Domain unfreezing after that temple is a separate, cited world change.
