Fairy Bow
The Fairy Bow is an adult dungeon item from the Forest Temple. You get it after three Stalfos. A child cannot equip it. It is also the bow that magic arrows attach to.
Stalfos room, then the quiver
The wiki places the chest after you beat three Stalfos in the Forest Temple. You cannot reach that temple without the Hookshot on the meadow bridge, so “where is the bow” is really two gates: adult era, then Hookshot, then the Stalfos. Shooting Poe portraits is a use of the bow inside the same temple, which is why the temple page and this page mention each other. I am not listing every eye switch in Hyrule.
Quiver sizes on the wiki run 30, then 40, then 50. I do not have a shop price for each upgrade in the notes I copied, so the prices stay blank. Fire, Ice, and Light Arrows are useless until this bow exists, and they have their own page because their locations are three different places. Horseback archery and Epona’s page are the mounted use: the bow is the weapon the wiki allows while riding.
No remake note I filed says the bow moved. The Forest Temple puzzles around it may have changed, and those new solutions were not published. If a video shows a different chest, I have not adopted it.
Obtaining the bow and increasing its capacity are different tasks. The dungeon supplies the weapon; the quiver rewards expand how many ordinary arrows you carry. Keep the elemental-arrow locations separate from the bow pickup so a missing Fire Arrow is not confused with a missing weapon.
Questions
Can a child get the bow?
No. The Forest Temple is an adult dungeon, and the bow is an adult item.
How big is the quiver?
The wiki lists 30, then 40, then 50. Upgrade prices were not in the notes I kept.
